I am moderating a discussion with Jørgen Johansen (researcher on resistance studies, civil disobedience and whistleblowing, NO), Jaromil (hacktivist, IT/NL) and Sophie Toupin (researcher and feminist techno/activist, QC/CA) at an event by the Disruption Network Lab in Berlin, Künstlerquartier Bethanien, Studio 1 on Saturday, September 12 2015. We will be talking about what it means today to speak about “resistance” on the net and beyond more than two years after the first of Edward Snowden’s disclosures. We are looking back at past projects and try to find strategies for the future.

On the day before Jacob Appelbaum, Laura Poitras and Theresa Züger, a researcher on civil disobedience from Berlin, talk with Tatiana Bazzichelli (and with each other) about what leaking means for the political and artistic discourse. The Disruption Network Lab is founded by Tatiana Bazzichelli and is engaged with digital strategies of disruption in art and politics.
